The Gilles SpoonRiver Hunting Preserve is located right beside Pearson Farms LLC. This is a year round hunting preserve that offers exceptional pheasant and quail hunting in central Illinois. The preserve actively supports Pheasants Forever, several youth hunting and nature educational programs throughout the year. We offer year round hunting and dog training services. A NOTE ABOUT OUR EVENT!

On behalf of Woodsway kennel & Gamebirds, Gilles Family Hunting Preserve, Pheasants Forever, Purina Pro Plan,and many volunteers who helped with this event, we would like to thank you for coming out and spending some time with us! We hope you enjoyed this training event and we look forward to continuing this event and making it an annual community occasion. Now having been introduced to some basic fundamentals of training your hunting dog for pleasure and competition,we hope that you continue to build your skills.

WoodsWay Kennel offers standard and full service boarding services. Standard Board includes an outdoor kennel with an insulated dog house. Owners are required to provide dog food and any additional preventatives or medications. Full Service Board includes kennel, food and worming preventative. Full Service Board also incorporates daily exercise as well. All owners are required to provide proof of current vaccinations and agree to all terms and conditions of boarding.
